Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, professional credentials, practice information, patient dietary data, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as features used, meal plans generated, and interaction patterns to improve our services.
Protected Health Information (PHI)
NutriMap processes Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. All PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is controlled through role-based permissions, and all access is logged for audit purposes. We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all clinical accounts.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide AI-powered meal planning, patient nutrition tracking, dietary analysis, clinical reporting, and to communicate with you about your account and our services. Patient data is used solely for the purpose of delivering nutrition care.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information or patient data to third parties. We share data only with integrated EHR systems when explicitly configured by the practitioner, and with service providers necessary to operate our platform, all under strict data processing agreements.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regular penetration testing, SOC 2 Type II compliance, and continuous monitoring. Our infrastructure is hosted in HIPAA-compliant data centers.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Practitioners may export patient data or request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@nutrimap.tech.
